Weighing Section

Building Gypsum The gypsum in the material storage property is delivered to the weighing bin via a screw conveyor, and the screw conveyor will minimize when the amount of materials within the weighing bin reaches the set value.
Water The lake with the plant pipe network is distributed for the weighing tank, which can be controlled from the solenoid valve. Once the quantity of water inside the tank reaches the set value, the solenoid valve is going to be closed. The lake tank is fitted having a level gauge, as well as the required value may be set with the DCS system.
Forming Section The weighed gypsum is quickly conveyed to the mixer by the screw conveyor, and water is transported towards the mixer through pneumatic valve. After being mixed, the gypsum slurry is dumped to the forming machine. If the gypsum slurry achieves certain strength, a hydraulic scrapping device is utilized to scrape a rabbet then eject the formed gypsum block through hydraulic pressure. After this, the two-dimensional space clamp is used to clamp the gypsum block in the forming machine for the dryer.
Drying Section Water from the formed gypsum block can be taken off by two methods: natural drying and artificial drying. Our self-developed gypsum block dryer is a tunnel drying machine which uses cross wind technology. The drying time is 36 hours. This dryer can use many types of fuels, including coal, propane, diesel, heavy oil, etc. Besides, it is designed with pusher, waste heat recovery system, automatic wind and temperature regulation system, steering machine, unloading machine, and subsystem, that really help realize automatic running from the dryer. The dried gypsum block is unloaded and sent to the packaging machine from the unloading machine.

Main Equipment Introduction

Gypsum Powder Weighing Bin It uses high precision weighing sensor, causing high weighing precision  and stability. Measuring Tank The measuring tank, that is built with a liquid level transmitter, is manufactured by 304 metal. The measuring accuracy is ±0.5%. Mixer
Mixer The mixer is built by metal for high durability. It is built with a brush device to completely clean off of the slurry followed the hopper. The mixer runs on the broadband agitator to ensure quick and uniform mixing from the slurry.
Forming Machine The forming machine adopts the planet advanced hydraulic jacking technique. The die cavity uses hard chrome plated metal, resulting in high surface hardness(≥YHRC65) and gloss finish (0.1μm). The clapboard and side mould are made by CNC machining center for high dimensional accuracy (0.04mm), therefore, the dimensional accuracy of gypsum block is well ensured. The sealing strips are made by high polymer material, thus effectively avoiding leakage of slurry.
Space Clamp The space clamp adopts two-dimensional design. The crown block travel motor and clamp elevating motor use frequency conversion control, with positioning accuracy <1mm. Besides, imported ultra-thin cylinder is utilized to be sure the gypsum blocks are uniformly stressed during clamping.
Central Hydraulic Station The gypsum block forming machine uses design mode of hydraulic station, that may greatly reduce power loss and improve operating efficiency of the equipment. All hydraulic components are renowned brand products, so their reliability and repair life are highly guaranteed.
Electrical Control Cabinet In order to ensure the graceful running with the system and reduced downtime, we use famous brand electrical components, including Mitsubishi or Siemens PLC and inverter, Schneider low-voltage electrical parts, Chint cabinet body, etc.
