The motor drives the rotors to rotate quickly in the crushing chamber. Materials enter the crusher through the feed port, and then they are being stricken, cut and ground into smaller particles by a hammer. There is a sieve plate under the rotor, so the materials whose size is smaller than the sieve size will be sieved out and others will be left to be further stricken and ground until they can be sieved out. The size of final product can be adjusted by changing the sieve plate. The gap between the rotor and the sieve plate can also be adjusted according to different requirement.
